The food was so good. I had the grilled salmon bowl. It was fire! The salmon was fresh and wasabi sauce on the fresh cucumber and avocado was so good. I even tried the spider roll and it was pretty tasty. Our server was fantastic. Checking on us to see if everything was good. I will be going back to Salina just to eat here again.

I stopped at this cute restaurant when I spent the night in Salina, KS. The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. I’m a big fan of Japanese cuisine and I’ve had a lot of Tonkoksu Shoyu from many places in Colorado. The one from Koi, especially the spicy one was phenomenal. I will definitely come back. The gentlemen who served us were very nice too. I highly recommend Koi Ramen.

The worst restaurant I ate in Salina! I ordered some fried rice with beef that was much oversalted (uneatable). When I tried 2 bites and reported it to the waitress, she didn’t offer any replacement, after talking to a manager, but that they can add noodles to it. I agreed hoping it’s gonna reduce the overwhelming taste of salt. Then on the receipt I see they charged me extra for noodles. So I informed that I don’t wanna pay for extra noodles especially because THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. They told me that I have to pay extra for it anyway. So I just paid for the dish without including the extra charge informing that I gonna give them 1 star. Now THEY LYING that I ate my food and didn’t pay for it😂😂😂 THE WORST RESTAURANT IN SALINA!! Strongly not recommended.

This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in town. I could live on the black sugar milk tea and pork chashu. The steamed bao are so good like little clouds of delicious. The only thing I could ask for is omurice because nobody makes it around here and I am a failure at cooking eggs haha

Places like this are why I seldom eat out. $18 “fried rice” that was a greasy, soggy blob with dubious-tasting, mostly fatty beef. Couldn’t finish and felt ill afterwards. If they can’t get that right, why would you risk anything else, let alone raw?

I'm so angry I order from this place all the time and while the food is good they always forget something if I ordered seaweed salad I get the crab salad I get the pork Ramen every single time and every single time it's missing one element whether it be bok choy, bean, Sprouts, mushrooms this time they forgot the PORK!!! I hate this so much because I want to love it and it just is not consistent. See photos with no pork and a couple sad leaves of bok choy. Please do better.
