Chipotle Veggie Bowl

Spinach and Cheese Enchiladas

Pork Carnitas Dinner
Tender shredded pork served with three tortillas half of lime then garnished with guacamole, tomato, red onion, and cilantro. It comes with mashed beans with white cheese and rice.

This place has - HANDS DOWN - the BEST enchiladas I've ever had in my life. They dip the tortillas in their ancho chile sauce before cooking and they are to die for!! 5.9/5 stars!! Just try them - you won't be disappointed.

We were traveling through Salina, and came upon this absolute gem of a restaurant. The food was perfect, tasty, truly wonderful. The vegetables were fresh, the flavors were distinct and complex. The service was attentive, and thoughtful. I would highly highly recommend this restaurant. They serve the best Mexican food I have found in Kansas.

My only problem was the Chile relentless was just some cheese sitting on a piece of pepper. Just not what I was expecting. I thought stuffed and fried. Next time I'll just order something else.
