Momoya is hands-down one of my favorite spots in town. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm, attentive service—the kind that makes you feel like family. The staff already knows my order by heart, which says a lot about how much I come here!

Their menu is incredible, offering everything from fresh, beautifully crafted sushi to comforting bowls of ramen and pho. While everything is excellent, their pho is truly something special. It’s unlike any other I’ve tried—deep, flavorful, and uniquely delicious. It’s the kind of dish that keeps calling you back. Honestly, a week doesn’t go by without me stopping in for a bowl.

If you’re looking for a place with consistently amazing food, friendly service, and dishes that feel both comforting and exciting, Momoya is it. Highly recommend!

Waste of $50 for 1 adult 2 kids. We were the only ones there yesterday afternoon. Right away they sit us at booths that are falling apart and scratching up my legs. We moved to a different one and then they gave us dirty cups, felt sticky and dirty. The food didn’t look or taste great either. I didn’t finish the chow mein and we did’t finish the teriyaki chicken, mostly tasted like ginger. The whole place looked/smelled dirty. There were 4 people sitting around and talking when they could have been making the place clean and comfortable, nope. No music, no volume from the tv above our heads, expensive yucky food. I had a stomach ache afterwards as well, probably from the bacteria growing on everything.

This establishment serves some of the best Sashimi I’ve had in Kansas.
The Hamachi is not on the menu, but just ask and yellowtail at your table in no time.
The green and white dragon rolls taste fantastic.

This is our favorite place to eat in Salina. We don't live there and have driven the 45 minutes just for dinner. That staff are super friendly and the food is amazing.

Stopped in for a late lunch while on a road trip with our family. We got the 3-roll lunch special for 12.99 which was fantastic (the spicy crab was not spicy tho lol), and split 3 bowls of ramen (chicken, beef, shrimp) between 2 adults and 3 children (9, 7, 3.5). Filling, savory, delicious, affordable. Would absolutely come here again.

Very friendly and prompt service. Food was fresh and very tasty, not over seasoned!

We ordered the beef chow mein with additional broccoli and my kid ate it up! If you have kids who may be picky eaters they will enjoy this meal, way healthier than chicken fingers.

Also the gyozas were very good, we contemplated ordering another one. Reasonable prices.
