“The employees there don't listen to what being told,they just give you your food however they want to.nothing I asked if they could put the three different orders that I ordered in three selerate bags cuz they were going to three separate ppl and they put the three orders in two separate bags so one customer had to just take there order in hand.“
“Used to frequent this place when the Taco Bell on 9th was closed for construction. Normally came for my morning coffee and burrito and always had the best time talking to the lady working the drive thru. Whenever I did come during the day, just always would make my order wrong, especially its frustrating when I pay extra to get something changed and they still get it wrong and I need to drive back. What saves this for me is the morning crew“
“These guys at the Taco Bell on E. Iron are top notch. The entire day shift crew seem to really care about the image they present. Always cheerful and friendly. Always making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. They obviously have good leadership at the top in this store, and that positive customer service attitude is shared throughout.“
