This place is fabulous! My wife and I had enchiladas and sopes, delicious. Great chips. Full bar, though we had Negro Modelo beer. Really nice owners and staff. We are spending the night in Salina on a trip and were so happy to get a real meal at Fresnillo instead of going to one of the dozens of chain restaurants nearby.

If you’re looking for true authentic Mexican flavors, this taqueria is a hidden gem! Great selection of tacos. The homemade Gorditas are a must try. The chilaquiles are absolutely amazing, a rich and flavorful salsa, and just the right amount of cheese and toppings. You can tell everything is made with care and love. You know it is good when the locals love it! We were lucky enough to visit on Taco Tuesday to enjoy some delicious tacos! Staff are friendly. Large menu choices. Fun dessert selection.Bonus are the fresh churros.
