“There's always some pain points when changing ownership. A lot has stayed the same, a lot has changed. I tried the brand new carnitas burrito with green salsa for the first time today - muah! Very good. The old breakfast burrito was more of a lightly seasoned breakfast skillet in a tortilla and this one is more of a... Burrito's burrito. Both good, just different. I recognize that other things are changing and, as they test recipes, there will be some things I don't like. Even if it's temporary while they get to the final recipe. I didn't care for the burrito they offered between the original and the new one. But huzzah! We made it to a new food love. The coffee is still fantastic and the staff on-site still remember my name and order, so I'm happy at the end of the day.”

“Their pizza is always good & I definitely recommend it. This is the first time we've been there in months & it was a little bit of a let down. For 3 pizzas & 2 drinks we paid around $35. My son got the planter and my husband got the Italian sausage which turned out great. I got the hang 10 & I was not impressed with mine. It lacked toppings & didn't have much on it. The staff is great & nice as always.”

“This place is usually busy and noisy. People love it here. This might not be a good place for the elderly or the deaf - to get together and visit. The menu is great and so are the desserts. Alcoholic drinks are served, there are sports TVs, service is prompt and accommodating. There are children's nights, menus, or prices. Enjoyable.”

“Having eaten here many times, I'm pleasantly surprised by the consistency of quick service. The food comes out quick, hot and accurate and the folks never appear off put by special order requests. Zero bad experiences at this location. Hopefully the trend continues 😎👍

“My wife and I had dinner at Elderslie for the first time for our anniversary, and were impressed with the overall experience. The service was prompt and thoughtful. The staff was knowledgeable, and courteous. The food was fantastic and creative. We were especially impressed by the Elderslie Farms cheeses. Overall it was a great experience and we do plan on returning in the future.”

“We didn’t have any plans on Thanksgiving day this year, so we decided to visit Cracker Barrel. We knew it would be busy, but once we were sat, it took about 35 minutes to get served. We thought maybe it was the amount of guests, but we saw people receive their orders that were sat around the same time as us. We were mostly distracted (triangle peg game, duh), but one of the waitresses stopped by and asked if anyone had been over. We said no, told her the time we had been waiting, and she immediately said she wasn’t even going to check who our server was (we weren’t in her section) but instead take care of us herself. She instantly got our drink/food order and everything came out quickly. Not only was this super nice of her, but she was also kind but professional, efficient and smart, and hardworking. Through small talk we found out she’s also going to school and a black belt in karate! She went the extra mile and we were talking about how great our experience was long after we left. Come to find out our original server left in the middle of their shift and the others weren’t aware. So THANK YOU, KAYLEIGH!!! Keep being a rockstar!!! Someone please give her employee of the month or something at least lol.”
