“It was better than any of the others I've visited. It appeared to be clean and the staff was very nice. My food was ok but not great. Kinda tasted as if it had been sitting there for a while. That may have been out of their control, so I'm willing to try them one more time before I bang my gavel on them. Overall, the experience wasn't bad.“

“I came to pick my order but for some reason the order was in Johnson Dr location. I explained to Angel that this is the location I usually go to but on app it was to pick up at the other location. I comment that I have company waiting and I don't have time to drive 7 minutes. Alex said she'll call her boss and in the meantime another associate name Alex was talking to me saying there's no way he can give my order since the order pick-up was at the other location. I EXPLAINED THAT I didn't have time and understand the rules but obviously he doesn't understand customer service. He argued about that this kind of situation wouldn't justify to my reasoning to override the system or cancel the order from the other store just because I needing to change the pickup order. My experience and expectation was Alex is not well trained in customer service. I didn't think he was the manager but he was trying to act like one. The bottom line is Angel was the only one who cured the problem by contacting another manager over the phone, to find out what to do. Training new people should follow core of behavior and circle of performance.“

“Last three out of four times my chicken has not been hot. My biscuit was rock hard. Do I have to come in and order my food fresh every time? You guys are normally really good. Just just haven't had a good meal there in a while. Sorry I have to complain. God bless you and your family.“

“Cozy and friendly place where you can watch sports and enjoy crispy but moist chicken. All the food we ordered was very tasty. Note the Cheese Ramen does have a little kick to it, but still yummy. Wings and all chicken portions were quite large, even with the half order sizes. Definitely enough food for 4 adults here.“

“Michelle S was the lady who took our order and was amazing. Our food was excellent and service was top notch! We noticed a kid that ate his food and it was too hot for him and she was kind enough to get him some vanilla ice cream to help. I will definitely be coming back after our experience!!“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“
