“Last three out of four times my chicken has not been hot. My biscuit was rock hard. Do I have to come in and order my food fresh every time? You guys are normally really good. Just just haven't had a good meal there in a while. Sorry I have to complain. God bless you and your family.“

“It was a new experience for me, I tried out the chicken gizzards which were extremely addictive!! I'd go back again whenever I get a chance it's a small little place and not too busy either, there's plenty of seating and different types of chicken meal to get for all ages, if you haven't gone before then you need to, it's extremely fast service as well I was shocked how quick our food was ready we didn't even sit down yet“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

“Tried the State Line location yesterday- great people, friendly service, and amazing food🔥🔥 Ordered the mixed plate to try the chicken and steak. Great taste and so fresh, right off the grill. Bonus points for having the pagers given to you so you can wait in your car for the order! Can’t wait to go back!“
