Employee was the worst I’ve encountered anywhere. Will not go back
I’ve called for 20 minutes and could t get an answer. I know they aren’t busy at an 8:15PM. Epitome of terrible workers.
Last night. Thirty minutes before they were set to close, we pulled into the drive through. I had seen no sign on the door to indicate that their hours had changed. It was 9:30 roughly. Yet when we pulled up to the drive through, they said that they were closing and couldnt take our order. We apologized and thanked them, before leaving. KFC offers friendly service, whether you dine in or use the drive-thru. However, there have been issues with food not being hot and long wait times. The parking lot is modest, but accommodates around 25 cars and is wheelchair accessible. The app was reported to be down on a recent Friday visit. Overall, KFC strives to provide a good dining experience.
