“I went on Friday to get the Friday special, a 32oz for the price of a 20oz. I ordered the Hulk. I dont even remember what all was in it, but I do remember some bananas and I ordered it with coffee in it and some protein. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. I also was very impressed by the employees. Being a previous supervisor in a store, I know that its rare to have teens actually taking initiative to get the job done. There were 3 teens working in the front. All of them were working hard cleaning and serving the few customers that came in while we were there. They were not standing around talking or on their phones texting. They were wiping counters, cleaning the glass in front of the ingredients case. As we walked in a young man was wiping down the seats to disinfect them. It was great to see them working hard, working together, and taking pride in their work. I did make a point to let them know how great they are but i also want the owner to know.“

“I love coming to this tropical smoothie. It is my favorite place to go when I need a cool or healthy treat. Whenever I come in the staff is so friendly, plus they are so patient. If you oder online they get it done rather quickly! Don't get me started on the food, no matter what I order it's always so delicious and fresh, hard to find that nowadays. Place is also very clean and overall I really love the vibe and how this store is ran as a whole, favorite place to go by far 🤗 (frequent customer).“

“I was in today and picked up my order. I usually go between a few locations as it depends on where I’m heading next. This is my favorite SK ever! The app order is always accurate (unlike others) and it’s usually waiting for me…again, unlike other locations. But today….they put my order in a protective bag to keep it safe from allergens. I have a food allergy and in all the years, this was a first! ❤️ Thankfully my reactions aren’t that severe, but there are many who fear contamination due to the severe reactions of just close proximity. “Our experience here was extremely pleasant. The customer service was top tier! Everyone was so friendly and attentive to every customer. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an employee and help you to the counter. If you have any questions about ingredients or recommendations, they are very knowledgeable in their menu and give you good explanations. The bathroom’s are clean, too.“

Interestingly enough though the building is large, it’s all drive thru, no inside coffee shop seating! The location is nice that there’s plenty of parking and egress for drive thru. “This morning (10/10/21) around 8:45am there was a single employee working. She was taking all the orders and making them all herself. There was a line in the drive through in addition to the people inside. She was handling it like a champ and was still so friendly. We obviously gave her a tip because she deserved it, I just wish we could do more because she was an absolute legend. I hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. I just can't talk her up enough for handling what I would call an unbearably stressful situation.“

“The best smoothie place I ever been to! The food was great, the music was totally a vibe, it was impressively clean, and it smelled like fresh fruit when I walked in. Additionally, everything was very reasonably priced, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a delicious smoothie made quickly. The staff were also very very nice. They greeted me right when I walked in and thanked me for coming. I would for sure drive 2 hours to come here again!
