This is hands down the best place in Topeka. Not just because the food is AMAZING but the people that own it are absolutely incredible. My mom and I get takeout every month when she comes to visit and they always recognize our order, are the sweetest most kind people and the food is outstanding. Would recommend Jongs to everyone!
