TONIGHT
Sat in parking lot of north Topeka Kansas taco bell and ordered from app. Took our money, then said to go to counter to pick up. Doors locked... Drove to window, told they were closed and did not have an order for us... 7:35 pm central time. Topeka Kansas. Money was pulled and not refunded YET. NO FOOD.
Drove three blocks to KFC parking lot. Ordered food. 7:55 pm. Money taken, order working, then received call they were out of chicken. No way to cancel that either....read full review
They forgot to give me my credit card back and I didn’t realize it until I got home. Called them and they said yeah it’s here. Then called me back and said they couldn’t find it. I called and left a message for the manager and he never returned my call. Poor service.
