We always have issues with the food at the Topeka Panera. We usually do a to-go order. We either have food missing from our order, made incorrectly, cold (despite us ordering and waiting for it), and most recently, the food was smashed because it wasn’t packed correctly. I get a mistake one time, but this is literally ever, single time! This last time, my pizza was smashed and made incorrectly.
