Finally got someone on the phone at Godfather’s and when I told her I’d been waiting for almost 2 hours, she was appalled. They immediately offered to make my order again and gave me 3 different options for how to get it. Very sweet, excellent staff. Apologized repeatedly even though it wasn’t her fault. ***
I placed an online order, and it was delayed. I called to find out what was up and no one is answering at the location. I’ve been trying for over 20 min but the phone just keeps ringing through. Tried another location and the phone number is out of service. Google says they’re open and the system let them take my online order. Tried to call corporate to see if there was an online issue or something, but it’s after 5pm , & VM is full. And now I’m out $45 until the charge goes through so I can dispute it with my card company.
I’ve NEVER had this issue here before. They’re always fast and food is always great. No idea what the heck is going on but I’m really disappointed.“

“Pizza was delivered quickly, but one of them was wrong. I called back to ask how long it would be to have another pizza delivered only to be told 45 minutes. After explaining what was wrong, the manager (I assume) said that he would personally make mine correctly and deliver it himself. He reviewed the original order and read it back to me to make sure it was correct. New pizza was delivered within 30 minutes and it's perfect! Thank you so much!!!“
