Ordered pizza there and got the wrong order. I called them and was told that the money would be put back on my card. It wasn’t. I’ll never order there again.
I am officially done with Pizza Hut. Tonight I ordered on-line but did not get the right pizza delivered. I tried calling the store to have it corrected, but my call kept getting rolled over to the order call center. I explained to them what happened. They said it would be another 45 minutes on a new one. We had somewhere to be and could not wait that long so I requested a refund. I was told I had to take the pizza and the receipt to the actual store. I was pissed but I did that....read full review
