I went there this time for a parking lot party with a band and meet and greet with a couple of candidates. It was plenty cold outside but the Pizza Parlor provided a warm place to take a break. Besides, they had the best pizza around?

Tried to order from here the first time a couple of weeks ago. We tried ordering from their "current" online menu. 4 things we tried to order they don't have. Tonight we called at 9:15 to order a simple hamburger pizza as they're open until 10pm. Guess what....they already closed the kitchen. RIDICULOUS!!!
Great food. Nice atmosphere, and very clean. The prices were good as well.

I've been a local regular in this restaurant since I moved in Oakland 3 years ago. I come in sometime 2 or 3 time a week. First and foremost I like to say your waitresses are freaking awesome and delightful I appreciate their attentiveness. I am usually not the type to complain about things but this evening I place a to-go order which consisted of mozzarella sticks and a kids cheeseburger meal and a grilled chicken meal. One of my favorite items to eat here are there french fries and I have never ever ever had an issue with my fries until this evening I came home and the first thing I want to try was my French fries before I even took a bite I could see the grease glycerin off of my French fries soaked through with grease no crunchiness to them they weren't even stiff like french fries should be when they're done these were just some sad looking fries I took my napkin to these fries and it's soaked up all the oil and I still could not eat them. Even my kids french fries we're not that good either. So I called up to the restaurant and I spoke to the waitress who took my order and I simply explained to her what I have just explained to you guys in this review she knows me pretty well and she knows that I absolutely love your guys's french fries so she understood my my frustration because most the time that is simply all I order besides my family's meals as well too so she immediately jumped into action and ordered me a basket of fries and within minutes they were ready which was awesome but I feel as if the cook might have gotten upset with her and did not care about these basket of fries either they was a tad bit better but sadly me and my kids did not eat these either. So do not make matters worse I did not bother her about it again I didn't want to make the work environment for her uncomfortable. So to the waitress who helped me and assisted me further do not take this personal it has nothing to do with you. You was great you did your job you did nothing wrong I blame this on the cook tonight. If I could post pictures I would.
