Lived in Topeka all my life, never been to the Brass Rail. Of course it's the oldest bar in here, so that makes it historic. But the workers there and I'm assuming the owner? Were wonderful. Very attentive to our needs and friendly. You just don't find that anymore
best place ever an the ppl there are pretty awesome I love this bar
