I asked the person who made the shrimp sandwich to change gloves due to a seafood allergy and the potential of cross contamination. To my surprise, not only did he change them but all the employees changed their gloves to keep him safe. I never like to have special requests but I was so thankful for their kindness and compassion. “I was in the Topeka chick fil a on January 15th . I received my food and sat down when I was greeted by the warmest smile I've ever experienced. A young man named Brendan walked up to my table and said "hi , how are you today ? " We proceeded to have a conversation about our days . This young man is such a bright light ! He absolutely made my day just shooting the breeze about nothing. He really deserves to be recognized for the positivity he brings to your company.“

“My family of 5 rolled in at 9:47pm tonight & the guy in the lobby was less than thrilled we'd arrived & commented about them closing in 13 minutes, while we got a few more rather irritated looks. I promised him we were getting it to go & quickly ordered our food. They had our 5 orders ready at 9:59, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious!!! We walked out telling them all we're sorry and appreciative of their work, to which we were greeted with smiles. So, to the crew working tonight, we get it.
