I asked the person who made the shrimp sandwich to change gloves due to a seafood allergy and the potential of cross contamination. To my surprise, not only did he change them but all the employees changed their gloves to keep him safe. I never like to have special requests but I was so thankful for their kindness and compassion. Their card was down & because I was out of town, they went to a alternate system & really accommodated me well. The Bread & cookies were just really good. “Today I went into Panera bread and I was so truly blessed and a play named Vinny her kindness and sweetness went a long way today she didn't know that I needed to be encouraged I am on the verge of becoming homeless because I've been battling since 2023 to keep myself together between depression in financial situations I have been forced to ask for help and it's been low assistance and I went by this homeless man it is February 23rd and it's so cold out there I bought me and him some soup and she gave me a $5 discount and smiled and said everything is going to be okay and this homeless guy sign says anything else and that's what I've been asking everybody for anything helps.... I go to court February 24th and I have to fight for my home.... What I found is that our homeless people our families that paid late they pay the whole rent but they just paid late so I sit here with tears of kindness because somebody show me kindness today I just wanted to share the employee that really touched me“
