“Say what you want about prices, quality of coffee and how Starbucks has gotten rid of some of the holiday favorites, but this Topeka Starbucks is staffed by wonderful people, who listen, get orders correct, and do it all with an endearing smile.“
“Excellent job Starbucks way to go once again! Never dissatisfied at the Wanamaker location! Thankx!Parking: A little tight with getting parked honestly I go shopping at Academy Sports just NW of Starbucks & walk over to get coffee, I've seen several people who do the same (Not my idea:)) lol!Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen handicapped I individual's inside they are more than welcome there.“
“Yummy coffee. The espresso tastes great. I love coming here for an after school/work coffee. I'm obsessed with the fact that you can get an xl iced drink here. Very good. This is inside the HyVee and there are a couple tables, but it's not really a good place to sit for a drink.“
“I was born November 11, 1984 in Hartford, WI. The first three years of my life I lived on my grandpa's farm in the town of Herman. I lived in Hartford through my sophmore year in high school and the I moved to the town of Erin. After this, I moved back to the town of Herman where I currently reside. I was diagnosed at age 4 with Duchennes Muscular Dystrophy. With this disease, my muscles gradually get weaker over time. I use a machine to help me breathe and a motorized wheelchair to get around. I am now 29 years old and just recently celebrated my birthday with family and friends at the Hartford VFW hall. When I was 11 years old, I had a spinal fusion surgery. When the doctor operated on me, he hit a blood vessel which required me to have to get a lot of blood transfusions. I almost didn't make it. In 2001, I had to take a ride on Flight for Life to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin because I couldn't breathe and I was blue. When I turned blue, I was in Heaven and heard my name being called. I then woke up in my room at the hospital and was feeling better. Two years later, I went to Children's Hospital again for pneumonia. I was able to come home and make it to my high school graduation in 2003!! Seven years ago, I was in the hospital 3 times for C. Diff. but now I have been healthy ever since. Let's hope it stays that way. My music influences are Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Daughtry, Colten Dixon, Selena Gomez, Carrie Underwood, and Danielle Bradbery.“
“Starbucks was as you would expect. Clean, good service and quick. But they were out of what I was wanting and that's the only reason I gave four stars. The young lady working was very nice and recommended another drink I gave a try and it wasn't bad. Hope to have my usual when I go back.“
“Hit and miss, depending on who's working. One barista in particular refuses to make my drink with light ice even though I ask every time. Doesn't matter if it's written on the cup or not. They mostly keep their heads down here and make drinks. Not fast, but not horribly slow usually. You won't get a warm greeting or a conversation, but you'll get the Starbucks drink you ordered.“
“Several times, we tried to order ahead, and that was unavailable. We would prefer a place that has consistency. Maybe workers are not showing up on time or at all, but you can correct this by hiring others. As for the atmosphere, I would prefer more classic music in the background. We love the coffee, and it's always hot and made to our exact specifications!“
