A visitor from Virginia had generally poor experiences at Wendy's, but this time they were impressed with their visit. The food was described as "alright" by another customer, but they were disappointed with the lack of changing tables and counter space in the bathrooms for babies. The third customer had a positive experience with the employees, specifically Jaime, but was frustrated with Wendy's and their app for not clearly advertising that a deal required the app. Despite the issues with the app, Jaime was able to help the customer get the deal.
