Had a bad experience on March 10th had a $20 credit from the manager of the store, placed a carry out order tonight for $43, willing to pay the difference in the cost and was told by the manager on duty no credit under my number. Tried to show her the email from customer service, she said it’s not under the number. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. Horrible customer service.
Pretty sure the driver rolled his vehicle on the way to our store! Smh!
We decided to eat at Pizza Hut in North Topeka, the pizza was good but it was so hot in the dining area it made it hard to enjoy the pizza ☹️
