The service in Valley is usually always amazing and so is the product they put out. But, today was not a good day. Line was wrapped and NOT moving at all. It took my 15 minutes to get through the line. When I arrived at the window she asked me my order and still tried to give me someone else’s order. Then when I did finally get my drink and take a sip it was wrong. Ugh!!! And, NOT friendly at all. This is not the Scooters I know.
coffee was great but PLEASE let me place my order with out being interrupted 3 or 4 times with an upsale....I dont mind an upsale at all after I place my order but being Interupted so many times is pretty frustrating.
Food was ok but very friendly service. I was impressed with their level of service for just being open 3 days. I will come back.
