I ordered through the kiosk and sat down with my table number and they never brought my food out. The man behind the counter was serving customers that came in well after me and after about 15 minutes I went up to the counter to see if they forgot about me and a different employee who was on break ended up grabbing my order for me, since it was all sitting there ready to go, just being passed over, apparently. The front staff were nice and polite. The manager was very loud vocally to his staff attempting to make funny comments towards them so we as waiting customers could hear the convo; in one sentence he said something about the employee could be fired. His staff seemed to just laugh it off but made them slow to fill orders as they were distracted by his snarky comments and just stood around and didn’t do much. A total tool! I got my hamburger it was like nothing I ever seen, it was not in line with all the other McDonald's hamburger I posted a video of the hamburger, and just threw it away, I didn't want to go in and say anything about how bad it was because McDonald's should know better, I will still eat at the other locations around the USA, but wow . . .
