“I would love to give them a great rating. i can't. we went there a few days ago. they didn't give us part of our order. since that day I've been trying to contact them. I've gotten thru and they refuse to do anything about it! how can you miss a freaking meal?! how can you then refuse to try and do the right thing by a customer?! emails, comments... doesn't matter they are ignored or purposely misunderstood or just deleted! it got so bad with yall purposely misunderstanding you started talking about a coupon I didn't ask about! I have proof!! you asked multiple times for the receipt. it was given each time! and you still STILL can't fix your screw up!! This is bull crap!!“
