My Wrap was smothered in honey mustard. I had to scrap it off it was the dominant item. Plus the chicken should have been fresh especially for as long as it took. Gave three stars because the drive thru window lady was sweet! Even the bbq wrap was overloaded with bbq. Look at the pics below. Do better food preparation. You sucked - 1 star for yall. Incident occurred Sunday the 28th of September 2025 around 9 o lock. I ended up throwing them away- so nasty. Waste of money.

The person working the drive-through as I type this was rude to my mother when she was calmly asking why this Arby's has a different policy than the other locations in town. They interrupted her and talked over her before she could even get three words out, repeating the policy loudly. I don't want to missgender them, but I didn't get their name, so the safest description I can come up with is that they reminded me of Rupaul, but younger.

Dietary restrictions: Offer a menu with the caluares listed on it would help.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly!!! Happy place to be for children, but no play area for them.

Wheelchair accessibility: I would not be able to get in without help unless I called before co.ing there or if I hit on the door loud to get the attention of staff to help with...
