THE BEST PLACE FOR AFRICAN FOOD IN WICHITA!! They recently moved locations so this one isn’t as much of an atmosphere as the other one (just because of the bar and outside area they had), but their food? Top tier.I recommend the Fufu and Egusi or the Pepper Soup with goat. They have amazing items and I try something new every time. The owners are very nice and always come to speak whenever I visit.
After looking through the reviews & owner’s suggestions, I went with the chicken curry with pounded yam fufu. So delicious. The curry had so much flavor and the chicken was fall off the bone tender. It was my first time trying fufu and now I’m addicted! Such a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. Will be going back to try the egusi and okra soup soon! I have been looking fir authentic ethnic food since I moved to wichita. I found this gem in the shopping center on 13th and Tyler. the service was great, friendly and...and the food was flavorful. it was hard to stop eating. I cleared my plate. 5 plus stars
