“Chipolte Mexican Grill is my go to place when I want fast food that does not taste like fast food. The burritos and bowls are always fresh and very tasty and filling. They could lower the price a bit on the burritos, but, probably won't happen. Staff has always been friendly and efficient.“
“I just came here to say that I walked in to an all lady crew and for the first time in the history of me going to this specific chipotle on hillside and central. The vibes were IMMACULATE. I usually avoid that one cause it's usually full of a bunch of young men and boys blasting trap music and yelling at eachother and they could never get an order right. Today it was the cutest and sweetest crew of ladies having a great time at work and doing their jobs great. They were friendly and efficient and if that's the new crew I'll be able to go back to coming to this chipotle again. 10/10 vibes ♡“
“Just left there. Went in and let the staff know I was gluten free and dairy free. They were way more than accommodating. They took my issues seriously, washed hands, changed gloves, changed spoons, asked questions I hadn’t even thought of. Would definitely have to say this was THE BEST experience I’ve had at a Chipotle, and when we travel, this is a staple for me because of my dietary restrictions. I hope all of the staff at this location gets a huge raise and has a merry Christmas!!“
“Food is great but there are times going there isn't so exciting. Service can be slow and inconsistent. Portions differ depending on who is serving and it should be a set amount. Last time I ordered carry out my wife's bowl has tons of rice and literally 7 small pieces of steak...I ordered the same thing and had little rice and three times the steak.“
“I eat here about once a week. The general manager has a whole attitude problem. I have to remind them all the time about changing their gloves. I have to wait often for food to be prepared but they want to rush you through when there is food. Slow down hear what I got to say. Everyone dont want 2 scoops of rice, I want 2 scoops of beans instead“
“The server was young and slingling food into the bowls making it messy on the sides of the bowl. This is my second experience with Chipotle and I am way out in Witicha, Kansas. I guess young people are careful and caring as they should be when handling people's food.“
“Food was good enough. Service was lacking. Workers seemed to not want to be there and were irritated taking the order. This was the first time to have chipotle and I am glad there are others for me to go to. Will not be back to this chipotle because of the service.“
