Chipotle Mexican Grill in Wichita

“Food was good enough. Service was lacking. Workers seemed to not want to be there and were irritated taking the order. This was the first time to have chipotle and I am glad there are others for me to go to. Will not be back to this chipotle because of the service.“

“Chipolte Mexican Grill is my go to place when I want fast food that does not taste like fast food. The burritos and bowls are always fresh and very tasty and filling. They could lower the price a bit on the burritos, but, probably won't happen. Staff has always been friendly and efficient.“

“I eat at Chipotle probably three times a week. Central and Hillside is my primary location and is my go-to spot for a healthy, delicious, affordable meal. I LOVE the staff here. They are always friendly and quick getting me through the line. I love the freshness of the ingredients and knowing exactly what goes into my food. I usually get a salad bowl with beans, rice, chicken, and corn salsa. The chips are also delicious and made fresh in store daily.

I love the outdoor patio on the south side of the building. It’s a great place to soak in some sunshine while enjoying a healthy meal.“

“This is a location that we frequent pretty often, so much that I was even there last night lol. There were definitely a couple of new employees working on the food assembly line, and they were a little slower, but everyone was very patient with them because they were very thorough and gave great customer service! And honestly, it wasn't too much slower than an average Thursday at dinner hours when experienced employees are working, which says something about the quality of their training here! I've always been treated nicely by the employees and they're usually in really good spirits, even on busy days, which I appreciate as a person with a unique order lol. The parking lot can be hard to navigate, as it's situated amongst a handful of other businesses on a very busy intersection in Wichita and there are limited spaces next to the Chipotle building, and there are often obstacles to navigate when trying to get parked such as the traffic coming off Highway 54/Kellogg or the narrower space for cars to get through. But it's well worth it to have an experience where you get the convenience of a place like this and you aren't treated badly even when your order takes a few tries to wrap in tortilla shells lol“

“The service was alright. It's just most of their product. As far as the chicken was at the end of the bucket, so there wasn't very much left in there and it wasn't very fresh. It had been in the metal tray for quite some time. Other than that, everything else was really good. I wish they would have let me know that I had to pay extra though. In order to get the green chili sauce or guacamole, and then I asked them for half of meat Chicken, and half of the meat Carne asada and instead, they charged me for double meat as well.“

“Food is great but there are times going there isn't so exciting. Service can be slow and inconsistent. Portions differ depending on who is serving and it should be a set amount. Last time I ordered carry out my wife's bowl has tons of rice and literally 7 small pieces of steak...I ordered the same thing and had little rice and three times the steak.“

“Had an excellent experience at Chipotle thanks to great customer service from Tavyn. The service was smooth and fast but also Tavyn was super friendly and accommodating with special requests, like extra lettuce and sour cream. He had a great attitude even though I had come in near close. Thanks Tavyn!“
