“Both of my Chipotlane experiences here have been phenomenal! Great portions and fresh fresh. It was slightly delayed on my first order, but that happens when you are in high demand lol. They don’t burn their steak here and that always deserves five stars in my opinion.“
“This place has a lot of negative reviews but I stopped in to get takeout for me and my wife yesterday while she got our son McDonald’s on our way through Wichita and it was a great experience.
The food was DELICIOUS and the portions were good! The manager(or owner) was helping at the end of the line and was very friendly and helpful. Seems like a great guy to work for! If I’m ever back in Wichita, I’m stopping by!“
“I wasn't pleased with the service so to speak because they weren't trying to understand what I was saying I am partially blind so I have to ask a lot of questions and I feel that they were frustrated with me and the portions were not right.“
“I went at lunch and it was busy. They had 7 employees all busily working. My bowl was large and the ingredients were perfectly prepared. I got the Barbacoa and it was very flavorful and tender. It was so good and a great value i am going back soon!“
“The server, I believe her name is Connie, never messes up our order. She goes out of her way to get any items we request if they are running low. No matter how busy this place always is, she greets every customer like it was her own restaurant! Not your typical fast"ish" food employee! Great food, great service! Huge fan“
“I've been to this location quite a few times for the past few months, and the concensus I've reached with this location is that for the most part, they are pretty good. My partner wants Chipotle almost once a week (or more) and both of us aways get the same thing. Sometimes it can be 50/50 whether the ingredients in our burritos are going to be mixed up properly, but the quality of the food is consistently good. There has been one or two experiences we've had with snippy employees, but with both of us having worked in food service before, we know can't always control how your employees respond to things, but it is important to nip negative behaviors in the bud before they spiral out of control. All that is to say that when we have had negative experiences, we reported them quickly. I would like to see more consistency with mixing ingredients properly when rolling up the burritos, but other than that it's a pretty good location.“
“This was my first time ever eating at a Chipotle and I got overwhelmed cause I wasn't sure how to go about things. I saw a customer in front of me get something that actually looked neat and suitable for me. The workers there explained to me it was the kids meal for build your own tacos and helped me get my own ordered from beginning to end. They explained everything while on the line and made sure I got what I wanted. They helped so much and it is very appreciated. My social anexity doesn't always allow me to try new places or things and ordering somewhere new is terrifying. They helped and now when I go to a Chipotle in the future, I can easily get what I want since I know how it works. The kids meal is actually the perfect size for me!“
“These workers a diligent, under a very fast atmosphere, to keep the food cooked and the front supplied. They do a great job of team work to accomplish this. The front end team are kind, patient and diligent to keep up with a very fast pace and popular spot. They try very hard to keep the dinning area clean with the high influx of customers. Sometimes they get stormed with crowds and some things slip a little but they are only human! This is my favorite Chipotle Restaurant. Give them a try.“
