“This location has excellent customer service the girl who makes our coffee knows exactly what we want she loves her job and gets to know what her customers want you really can't beat this customer service here. Update it really only takes one bad experience to never come back to a location every day I do tap to pay and today there was a new girl in the Drive-Thru telling me that I needed to take the back off my phone I drove off and didn't get my coffee I'll never be back if you need help ask for it that they need to take the back off their phone when you don't know what you're doing“

“Love my white chocolate coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts, so good. Their bacon egg and cheese croissant is 10 times better than Chick-fil-A next door a lot more flavor. Service excellent greeted with a smile on ordering and also order pick up and thank you. Donuts were kind of ice cold. Had to let it sit for a while. Maybe someone can let me know. Can I have that warmed up?“

I just started going to this location. I think they must have improved recently since some if these reviews don't match my experience. I love dunkin when ever I'm back on the east coast and this location is a great representation of that.“
“This location knows exactly what they're doing. I literally drive fifteen minutes out of my way to go to this location for the food and service quality. The location has standards far beyond the location that is off of maze.
I would advise anyone to avoid going to the location off of maze and drive to this location. If you want actual food, that's right, well done that is also Hot and accurate! the service here at this location is friendly professional and welcoming. Unlike the location off of maze that is rude, unprofessional, and needs new management. Thank you for the great service at this location. I will continue to drive 15 minutes to get food and great service here.“
“I absolutely love coming to this location. There is one closer to my house but I'm much prefer this one and a lot of it is because of one of the employees. Her name is Linda. I absolutely love seeing her every morning. She super chipper and she knows me by my name. I know that tells you that I go toDunkin a lot but that's okay. I love that she is very personable with me!“
“My favorite store in Wichita by far. I’ve tried another close location a few times and their cold brew was see through! This location has been consistent every single time. The donuts were very fresh / soft and the wake up wraps are toddler approved!“
