This is by far the best sushi in the Midwest. Chef Kanai is Japanese and ensures all dishes are prepared to his strict cultural standards. If you want quality sushi, this is the only option in Wichita.
Food: great food. Tasted fantastic and did not disappointed me 5/5 Service: very good. Was greeted but did not separate food well and gave it to the wrong person. I've ordered sushi and it was on the wrong plate and served to the wrong person as they ate it so 4/5 Environment: 5/5 they greet as you walk in so it's very welcoming. Seats and tables are nice and clean. Very unique

I think people exaggerate too often when talking about food but I can say with absolute certainty that Kanai is the best sushi I've ever had in my life. I don't see why you would go anywhere else for sushi after going here. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. From the staff I talked to from my visit they were very friendly and helpful.
