This place needs better staff all around, from giving our pizza away too the wait of 30 minutes. When trying to call ahead they dont answer the phone. The people inside dont care when they make people wait and do not care that they care they dont answer the phone. The lady that walked in ahead of me said "you guys should answer the phone" the man replied "I don't have time for your complaining" the lady was highly upset as am I. Absolutely horrible customer service shown by the manager. I paid for a marinara online with my order when I came in to pick up my order from the machine my marinara wasn't in there so I kindly asked can I get my marinara and she walks over rudely grabs my pizza looks at the order and then grabbed the marinara and threw it at me and walked off. This lady does not need to be in customer service they pay no respect to any customer every time I'm in there I've seen it she's rude...read full review

Nice enough people, but apparently I've got to use the app now, over hour and a half wait to use cash. Well, thanks, but no thanks. Got my card info stolen last time I ordered through the app. Maybe Yall should give as much focus to your classic customers then social media campaigns. Your discounted puffs just cost you a 60 dollar order.
