My first time at Puerto Vallarta Restaurant but have had their food catered at work. Well catering food was awesome so we had to try the restaurant. Amazing food, Amazing service thanks to Maria and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. I wish I would have taken a picture of my plate but I didn’t. Delicious. I got the smoothed burrito yum!!!

Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant offers surprisingly good food and great presentation, despite a skeptical first impression from its appearance. The salsa is very good, and the spicy salsa is very great as well. Diners appreciate the bean dip served with the chips. The food is amazing, not your typical 10 minutes extra hot to the table, with divine and divinely flavorful options. Specific meals praised include Carne asada tacos (a little small but perfect for a small eater), Chile Verde (flavorful with tons of meat), ceviche, mahi mahi (one of the best meals in a while), and the steak chimichanga (delicious). The service is prompt and friendly, with one server described as perfect; owners have even dug through the trash to return a lost ID. The atmosphere is nice with no loud music and good decorations. Prices are very reasonable, with three meals and adult beverages costing $75 before tip. This hidden treasure is clean and will certainly be put on a regular rotation.
