This Starbucks could improve by firing Pam. Or putting her in the backroom. She is rude and snobby, she acts as though serving you isn't her job, and that doing so is tedious and exhaustive. She messes up orders, seemingly on purpose. She acts like she can't hear you. She is arrogant, dismissive, and a displeasure at all times.
It could also improve by sweeping up cigarettes butts on the handicap ramp. There is a pile that has been sitting there for several weeks now....read full review
