I work downtown and have had Sweet Allie B's twice. Every time I've gotten something I've been so impressed with the flavor and fresh ingredients. You can tell everything is homemade. I loved their Ruben. The Philly cheesesteak is also excellent these are the two things I've tried and have been so impressed with. The tomatoe bisque soup and broccoli cheddar are both phenomenal as well. Definitely try this spot if you haven't you won't regret it!
We stopped at lunch time on a Saturday. There were a couple of large parties but otherwise not too busy. We ordered off of the brunch menu. I had the potato, cheese and sausage casserole. It was very good with just a touch of spicyness. It came with two eggs over medium and a slice of bacon. My wife had quiche Loraine and a sweet potato biscuit. She said the quiche was very good as was the biscuit. We were too full for dessert.
