“Redrock Canyon Grill last night for a birthday dinner. There was double booking on our reservation that we placed a week ago, and we got the short end of the stick. Poor communication aside though, here's how dinner went. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, and when it came out, the plate had like 6 chips on it. Seemed pretty steep for the price ($15), but we asked for more chips and they brought out an entire plate more for free. It came with the dip, as well as a small cup of salsa. Both tasted great! Extra chips made up for the perceived lack of portion size. For a main course, I got the 10oz Filet with mashed potatoes, and "something green" (green beans). The Filet was excellently prepared at requested "medium", with a ton of flavor! It was a stark contrast to what we got at Salt**ass. Tender, juicy, and well seasoned, with a nice crust! Sizes came in 6oz(?), 10oz, and 14oz. Easily the best steak I've had at a restaurant. I wish I would've gotten the 14oz, but not because I was still hungry....I just didn't want to good time to end. 🥴 Next up was the mashed potatoes.....and ho-lee-sht. Creamy, full of flavor! I could be wrong, but i felt like I tasted onions in them? I dont really know what's in them for sure, but i feel like I need to create a Redrock Anonymous group to deal with the withdraw I will be battling, until we inevitably go back. Green beans were also excellent. Not a lot to go over in specifics, but they were awesome, and the perfect companion to the rest of the culinary masterpieces on my plate. Our waitress was super attentive, and quick to refill drinks before they were empty. Very knowledgeable in specials and pricing, and overall a great communicator. This was literally the best meal I've had out at a restaurant, period, and Redrock is likely going to be our go-to for celebrations, and date night's from now on. “The establishment isn't much as of looks but the food more than made up for it... I got the full chicken and some tacos... The tacos weren't bad but that smoked chicken absolutely took my taste buds to Disney Land, it was so packed with flavor and was so tender it easily came off the bone.“

I have never been to Japan (China yet, Japan and the rest of the south pacific, not quite yet.They have a "platter " that's katsu chicken, teriyaki chicken, a salad, rice, and a steamed meat bun. So, so good. We did make an agreement tho, that next time at least one of us needs to try something new.

“IL Vicinno Wood Oven Pizza is absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Molta Carne pizza and it was delicious — perfectly cooked in their wood-fired oven with a crispy crust, generous toppings, and incredible flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their food.

We also tried the cannolis for dessert, and they were the perfect finale to a fine lunch — sweet, crisp, and creamy without being too heavy. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything from start to finish was top-notch.

“My favorite east side coffee place. I also love the near limitless combinations of available coffee and sweeteners available and the staff picks written on the wall. Plus it has one of the better local fells out of most coffee places in Wichita. I’ll always recommend Il Primo

“I just moved back to Wichita last year (after 20 years) and I've had a lot of fun visiting the restaurants I remember from my childhood. My parents and I visited Little Saigon last week and it was just as good as I remember. The dining room is bright and inviting, and the staff is very friendly.

My mother and I enjoyed bowls of the Egg Noodle Soup with pork and shrimp, and my father enjoyed the vegetable stir-fry along with a side of fresh spring rolls (tofu).

The Egg Noodle Soup was fantastic. The noodles were nice and firm, the broth was rich, and there were healthy portions of pork and shrimp on top. The soup was served with a side of fresh bean sprouts, lime, jalapeno, and basil.

My father was very happy with his vegetable stir-fry and his spring rolls. The spring rolls were large, fresh, and served with a side of peanut sauce.

All of the portions were substantial none of us left hungry. There were plenty of condiments on the table (sriracha, hoisin, soy sauce, pepper, etc), plus they have hot chili oil and sambal chili sauce they can bring out upon request.

We visited Saigon (the restaurant next door) the week before, and would definitely recommend Little Saigon to anyone trying to choose between the two.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian section on the menu that has 10 items (at this time). They offer vegetarian lo mein, chow mein, stir-fry, fried rice, pad thai, vermicelli noodles, and more. The fresh spring rolls can be made with tofu or extra vegetables, so they are vegetarian-friendly.“

If you're going to get it Thai hot you better be ready. The food is a treat. It is a carryout only however, so keep that in mind.“

As I received and enjoyed my lunch items price lost it's importance.
