“I love Wendy's but sometimes their staff leaves much to be desired. This one is the exception. I haven't dined in at Wendy's in a while and while there was only 3 people working, 1 on break, they were still kind and patient. Even the on break employee came over to ask how we were. Aside from not getting bacon (accidentally got sausage instead), everything else was great. The employee even replaced my cheese sauce with sliced cheese, without additional cost, which is how it should be. Everything“

“Pumpkin spice frosty is at Wendy's! I'm not a fan but our daughter wanted to try it and said it was weird.But!A great Wendy's to stop at, they actually told us which drink was diet and marked the lids. I'm surprised in how many places don't mark the drinks and or forget which is which. It's a figure the drink out roulette game that gets old.“

“Finally a Wendy's worth eating at. Haven't been to a Wendy's for several years due to poor service and poor food quality. This one was a blessing. Newly renovated. Cashier was very attentive and cordial. Restaurant was clean and food quality was great. This one is the only one in Wichita worth going to. Great job to the crew that works here!“
“The young man running the register was very friendly and took my order promptly. As I was leaving the restaurant I left my coat on the back of my chair. When I went back hours later, he had kept my coat in the back room and remembered my name from my order. It was so nice to know that he cared enough to do that!Dietary restrictions: The burgers taste fresh and aren't as salty tasting as most fast food hamburgers.“
“Wendy’s has changed for the better the fries are no longer cold I got the baconator fries and the peppermint frosty(frostys change every season summer and spring strawberry frosty winter peppermint frosty fall pumpkin spice frosty I recommend them all)I went in the drive thru and I just pulled up and about 30 seconds later I have my food and driving off great service.“
“The Wendy's at west and Central is the only Wendy's I'll go to anymore. After their new remodel, everything has gotten an improvement. The fries are hot and crisp, the spicy nuggs aren't overcooked or dried out. And best of all, their service is quick and friendly. Not a fan of the new chairs tho. So we only do drive thru lol ?“
“It was very hot in the store. They need to shut the blinds on the west windows after 12 pm so that it doesn't get so hot. I had a portable thermometer with me and it was 92 degrees in the dining room area. That made me feel sick and had to leave and finish my food in my car.“
“I work just down the road and go to this Wendys pretty regularly. Recently, there was an issue with some of their card systems. This went on for several days, and I actually visited twice during that time. Crystal, the manager, was the only reason I didn’t leave for something easier. She was very understanding, proactive, and did her best to give me excellent service. All this while dealing with issues outside of her control is something rare to see in fast food. Not to mention, the other times that I’ve been here, she’s been the same hard-working, respectful person. She is truthfully why I am leaving a review here that isn’t a 1 or 2 star.“
“I have been to this Wendy’s twice in two days for breakfast in the morning. And the woman who works the drive through is the most sweetest lady you could ever talk to. She gives you that loving grandma type of feel. I’m not sure if her name is Barbra because that’s what my receipt says but. Barbara you are a gem. The breakfast food is always hot and fresh and really good. This is my favorite Wendy’s in Wichita.“
“The french fries were awesome - lots of salt. Our burgers were fresh, and the chicken nuggets were just right. I was also happy that they have one of those nice soda machines inside for customers. Staff was friendly too, which is always a bonus at a fast food restaurant. It's about time for a restaurant remodel.“
