“So this evening 03/01/2025 my wife, kids and I go over to get dinner from Wing Stop for the very first time. Unfortunately we picked a horrible time to go as they were insanely busy! We order our food my wife and daughter sit inside the store waiting for our food while I sit in the truck because i don't do well in small areas with lots of people. So we get our dinner (smells absolutely amazing) we get home and Unfortunately half our order was missing. I called and spoke to a young lady and she asked me to give her a minute while she gets the manager. Manager gets on the phone and I explain we live almost 30mins away and I gave my 2 kids my meal because theirs was part of the order missing. I ask the manager instead of making all the missing food to just replace my meal as i gave my to my kids. The manager says he will. So we get back to the store and I go inside to find that the manager had remade everything missing not just my meal! This is going above and beyond for your customers in my book! We will 100% be returning to this location solely based on how the manager handled the situation! Great job making a shitty situation an amazing first experience with your store to the Manager (didn't get his name unfortunately)!!

“I live on the opposite side of town, but was staying with family over the weekend. We all decided to do wingstop pickup and came to grab it. The gentleman was sooo kind, he was sweet to my daughter and made the experience although quick so enjoyable. The one I usually go to over near maple and ridge is not nearly this nice of people working. The food is delicious, everything was there we had ordered. Definitely recommend!“
