“I’ve been to this location several times, each time I was satisfied or had my issue resolved. The service I received today from the two men behind the counter was great. I placed my order online it was ready when I arrived 25 minutes later. My order was exact and I will return to this location in the near future. The atmosphere could be a bit cleaner but I also under the demands for customer service and food preparation. The old adage is that “…you can get more bees with honey…” if you are kind to workers you will get that in return. Best Wingstop in Wichita!“
“The new manager that started at the west 21st st location today was super sweet. She was willing to drive my order to me after door dash didn't. The fact that she was willing to go out her way to make things right, is greatly appreciated. Big shout out to the manager!“
“First time to wingstop and it was incredible! The chicken was nice and juicy and the fried outside was nice and crispy! The sauces I had were tasty and we all know the ranch is the best part! Also asked for some well done fries and they were awesome! Thanks guys!“
“I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.“
