“I was released from the hospital late yesterday evening and was hungry. Some KFC sounded good. The only problem was we got there at 9:57 and they closed at 10:00, so we knew the pickings would be slim.

They just happened to have exactly what my wife wanted and all I was going to eat were side meals. They hooked us up and made me a nice meal. Even showing up that close to closing, the workers weren't angry. They were quite polite considering what time it was.

Management and even Corporate should be told about their professionalism. They deserve a raise.“

“I came into kfc on 12-29-2022 and the cashier at the counter was very friendly and she took my order and made it quick and she asked me if I needed anything else and i was glad that she made sure I had everything i needed. The name on the receipt was Jessica. So I just wanted to let the boss of the Russell kfc store know that she was a great cashier and she was friendly and very helpful.“

“The staff were very friendly and patient.
The food was delicious without being overly salty or heavily seasoned, which I really liked.
One thing I really appreciated was that the dining area didn’t smell like cooking oil at all. I’m usually sensitive to restaurants where the kitchen smell fills the whole dining room, but that wasn’t an issue here.
The restaurant also provides complimentary hand sanitizer, which I thought was a thoughtful touch and shows they care about their customers’ hygiene.
I’d definitely come back again!“
