“I usually don’t write reviews on employees but i had to talk about Gloria. No one understands the labor that fast food workers have to endure and in what conditions, all while trying to satisfy the customer. Yet, no one has the right to talk to other people like that. I will not tolerate any degrading behavior especially as adults. Gloria, unfortunately, had a customer like that and even after that, she maintained a smile and an attitude that only a true good person has. She thanked me for waiting and apologized for the delays. It’s people like that who make a difference in where I choose to eat. I hope we can start to appreciate these team members and in helping us get our share of food today.“
