Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Clarksville

“Editing to add about my experience today:
I ordered through the app for the first time, waited for my order, got the notification that it was ready so I pulled up. I get to the window just for the girl to tell me that they didn't have enough classic pieces and if I want spicy or to wait (2mins wait, nbd), but why put in that my order is ready when it obviously wasn't for what I specifically ordered?? Makes no sense 🥴

I meant to post this last week. My best friend and I visited this location a week ago and were greeted by and had our order taken by Vanita. She's the reason for my 5 stars. She is so welcoming, friendly and attentive to everyone that entered the restaurant. I understand that day they were very busy but that didn't stop her from letting everybody know that she will attend to them as soon as possible and apologizing/thanking people for their patience. Her customer service is truly amazing and she has true leadership written all over her personality in the most positive way. Vanita, if you see this I hope you have the best year ahead and many more to come, please don't ever change who you are♡♡♡“
