“if you have a shellfish allergy, do not eat the fries!! they cook the fries and shrimp in the same fryer. i called to be sure and was told this. be careful if you have a serious allergy, i wont eat here anymore after finding that out. cross contamination can easily happen.“

“EDITED: I’m changing my review because the manager Eddie reached out to me personally to make it right and was so nice when we spoke…after all, I said I wanted it made right and that’s exactly what they’re doing. So, I’m going to take him up on his offer to replace my meal. Thank you for reaching out to me…I’m sorry that I didn’t call and give you that chance from the start..as I’m not usually one to resort to this as a first measure. I went to this location and ordered an 8 piece meal all breasts. I was told it would be an up charge which I was fine with though don’t think I was correctly charged because nobody knew how to do it. Being from New Orleans, I was raised with Popeye’s though have not had for a long time. I was craving for a couple weeks and very excited to finally appease my craving. I waited patiently for my order and the girl said “here’s your breastises” and I took my order home only to find that I had 2 breasts and 6 thighs!! I am happy to provide proof if someone wants to reach out to me directly however, I visited between 1:30-2:00 pm on 9-13/2025 and spent $28.52.I didn’t call back because I didn’t feel confident that I would get the correct order and because I live many miles from the location. Short story, I paid $30 for 2 breasts and mash potatoes! I believe the employees know how to tell a breast from a thigh…sooo disappointing. I hope someone reaches out to make this right.“
