The food portions were enormous and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. We ended us going twice over a 7 day stay because it was so good. The staff was extremely friendly and remembered us from the first visit. We would stop here again driving through the area because it was such a great experience!”

“I'm not used to dining in with my service dog. At most restaurants , l either don't go out, or l sit on the patio, although legally l can take her inside. Usually I want to be kind to most people who feel discomfort for any animal encounters. It was getting dark. My husband and l had been on the road for about eight hours and this was our first long stop. The staff graciously and generously asked us in when my dear, supportive husband explained. I ordered and sat down. The staff was phenomenal and polite. I had the fish and shrimp. Very good. I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. Thank you ♥️”

Note: Oct 21, I bought the super platter and I took a bite out of one of the smaller shrimps, and there was not a good taste to it. I’m not not sure what happened, but I spit it out and threw the rest in the garbage.

Parking: Lots of places to park front and back and on the sides.

Kid-friendliness: Families, welcome kid, friendly got kid dishes.

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be easy to get it out with the wheelchair because they have a ramp in front.”

“I found this place by chance on a road trip to Cumberland Falls. The meat was so flavorful, I couldn't add the BBQ sauce. I wanted to savor the meat. The BBQ sauce was so good though I found myself dipping my potato wedges in it. Hash brown Casserole was amazing. It was so good, I stopped again on my way home. I know they're sharing a spot inside a gas station but ya'll I'm telling you, it was fire. Both times. Did I mention me & my adult son ate until full for around $20 bucks? I had pulled pork & he had jumbo Chicken Tenders.”

The first time I visited this Subway I was on a evening tour of mammoth cave and this place was open and the nice lady prepared a sandwich and it was great”

“We went through the drive thru on Saturday (7/27) at around 9 PM. There was only one man working so the wait was above-average, like over 20 minutes. The man at the window was pretty brusque and seemed over it in general, but he wasn’t outwardly rude. I think he’d be a lot less stressed out if he had some help.

Vegetarian options: Jalapeño poppers, French fries, tater tots”

The workers tonight need to be rewarded for all of their effort. they did great although we felt bad for them. but the managers who were responsible for scheduling the shift should probably be fired...”

Food was a little slow, getting out, but was worth it.
Even got dessert, the raspberry sauce for the cheesecake.... oh my gosh!... I could just drink that stuff! Yum!

“Sorry for the the long comment, but I have a lot to say about this AMAZING restaurant. To start off a waiter gave us wonderful chips and even better salsa. WARNING if you are very sensitive to spice, get the guacamole. We ordered and the food came shortly after. The plates came SO hot that the employee who delivered our food wore pot holders on his hands. My mothers fajitas were steaming hot (so we’re other tables).The food was overall FANTASTIC. If I didn’t live 7 hours away I would come here often. The service was great, and everybody was VERY nice. I forgot to mention that the restaurant is family friendly, with plenty of options for children. I would totally recommend for anybody with children. The woman at the hotel recommended this place and I’m SO glad she did! I will and would recommend this place to anybody coming to Glasgow.”

And I’ve been to a bunch of different Jersey Mike’s all across the country. The place is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and the sandwiches are made just perfect every time.
