Chick-fil-A in Lexington

“The food is great as always however there is ONE little thing that is almost 95% of the time messed up. My husband and I always order a market salad and we always have to check the bag to make sure all the toppings packets are there. They aren’t. It begins to feel personal when it happens on the regular.“

“Stopped in for breakfast had 40+ people in a tourbus they had taken every ones order in 15 minutes and in about another 10 we all had our food! All done in a polite professional manner going out of their way to make sure everyone got what they wanted. The facilities were very clean and well kept!“

“Food - Always fresh and as I ordered! Fries are the best at this location!!!
Service - Above and beyond!! Always in good time. I also witnessed two young men tonight helping a mother, with her child, with a car issue. And then brought her food and drinks. That’s a good community right there!
Atmosphere - Clean!! Bathrooms are clean as well!

“I went through drive through and my food wasn't ready.So no one said anything to me.Instead, they took care of everyone behind me, which was about six cars. When my food was ready, they didn't even say sorry for the weights of course, service.“

“This chick fil a has its work cut out for them. Lots of hungry students and faculty around lunch time. They always try to move efficiently and quickly. However, it can take some time to get your order but I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes. The food is always hot. My one downside is the soda machines are not always dispensing the drinks “properly” but with students presumably using them all day I can see how they require more maintenance than most. For a student center chick fil a, you can’t ask for much better.“

“Always so busy, and it seems the service gets slower each time. Even going in is atleast a 7-10 minute wait fo a simple order. However, the quality of service is great. Everyone is always pleasant. The restaurant inside was clean and play area was clean ?? too! The food is 8/10 times always great..(to be fast food) its a little pricey when you're feeding a family, but just a solo quick brunch, dinner etc is pretty reasonable.

Vegetarian options: Salads, smoothies, lemonade

Kid-friendliness: Play area is pretty cool, wish they has a more 'big/older kid' section..(8-11 yrs old)

“I have had it a few times at work only because the boss would treat us to lunch, but first time actually being there. Love the selection, and I'm told its a christian chain restaurant and it even closes on Sundays. I love it, I heard all the hate others have but this place is loving and welcoming. If loving god is a bad thing then I'm the baddest their is, always have my support and you guys have a new customer“

“Last weekend I went with my school on a field trip. Going through the line was fine, but as we got up to the counter the lady told us that the pop machine was down. Lemonade was a 10/10, the waffle fries were over salted, but other than that it was pretty good. Only issue I had was the woman who took the name from the order got my boyfriends name wrong, he told her "Ruiz, R-U-I-Z" and she put "Ryez" on the order lol. It was funny after though cause the guy who read it off looked just as confused as we were 💀“
