“The four of us shared focaccia, tallow fries, and one order of crispy potatoes was not enough, so we ordered a second 😂 My Alaskan-raised husband was so happy with the halibut and I enjoyed the fiori so much.
The atmosphere is amazing, definitely something new that Lexington has been needing.
We had a great server with great recommendations and she was very knowledgeable.

“Let me just start out with how great the food is here! We got 2 lbs of the King crab legs and they were delicious! We also had head-on shrimp and green mussels which were also amazing! Cajun sauce was also great! They were HUGE! Our waitress was Mackenzie and she was AWESOME! Kept our drinks full, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very helpful! First off the staff (I didn’t get the young ladies name) was BEYOND amazing she helped us choose our food and showed us all that we needed to do with cooking our own food. She was super sweet. The food was freaking amazing! We had the meat and seafood. Our first time trying squid and it was pretty good. We felt warm and welcomed here and it was truly an authentic experience. “I absolutely love El Jefe’s💙 The staff are always so friendly. At this point we are weekly or biweekly visitors and are always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend there buy two for the price of one margaritas if you’re a margarita drinker😍. They have several different flavors and will custom them to the flavors you like. The food always comes out hot and always so flavorful. If you are new to Lexington I highly recommend.“

The support staff was wonderful. The menu was laid out in land, sea, and sky. This is a great place for family dinners or business dinners. “My mom and her fiancé drove in from Gulf Shores, AL to attend my son’s (her grandson’s) college graduation from UK. I was able to book them 2 night at the Clarion for the event. After Saturday’s commencement, we wanted to celebrate. My mom and her fiancé were so impressed with Sedona Taphouse from the previous evening, that they treated us to an early dinner along with some drinks there. It was amazing from the appetizers to the drinks to the entrees. Our server was a delight, but we also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Ben as he came over to not only check on us, but to shake my son’s hand and personally congratulate him on his achievement. He really made a big deal about his accomplishment and even went as far to pay for his meal, drinks and dessert. So unexpected! Ben went above & beyond and that food and atmosphere was outstanding. We frequent Lexington often, I’ve found my new spot for lunch or dinner. Thank you Ben!! We can’t thank you enough for making Mason’s special day even more memorable.“

“Popped in on the recommendation of two locals and they were right. Glad I listened. I happened to meet the manager when I got on the elevator. Super nice guy.

The atmosphere and decor is awesome. There are spaces for groups and intimate spaces for couples.

The staff were all great and really nice. The hostess was helpful getting me the table I wanted and the waitstaff are fantastic.

“I moved here from Cincinnati, and I must say that their food was comparable to the delicious Benihana chain EXCEPT for the blah fried rice. The rice was tolerable, but was absolutely no comparison to Benihana and I was highly disappointed because a few Lexingtonians recommended this place. Tekka can get away with the blah rice here in Lexington because not much Hibachi competition. Their rice just doesn’t compare to Benihana and other popular Hibachi places in Cincinnati. The salad, steak and chicken were good though.“

“The best deal around anywhere, especially for fish, is two pieces of fish, fries, two hush puppies for $6.35 including the tax. Grat tasting fish, which I am sure is the north Atlantic cod. Fried always piping hot.

“Im from Tn and a little different than mexican restuarants back home. Didnt have choice of beef or shredded chicken, just chunky chicken, steak or seafood. Decent kids menu. One thing i wasnt impressed with was no sweet tea. Kids got chicken nuggets, and quesadillas with white rice and veggies, adults got chicken nacho fajitas which were good. Never had white rice at mexican restuarant, but overall decent. Decent lunch prices. Family of 2 adults and 4 kids were around $53. No bathrooms though. Or they wouldnt let us use it, but id still recommend to eat here. Friendly employees.

“We had Katie as our server and she was as amazing! The food was amazing. Fresh and flavorful. We had the chicken taquito appetizer (do not skip these!! DELICIOUS) and shared the chicken Parmesan pizza with Alfredo noodles! OMG!! Didn’t have to touch the salt or pepper and that’s saying a lot with me. I was a first time visitor because I had always heard cheesecake was overhyped, but my experience was the opposite of that. I will be back, and I will be back often.“
