“Amazing service we were a little bit annoying not on purpose kind of had two separate orders but said to charge it together and they were still super polite the whole time and even put an extra bag in the bag in case we needed to separate it and they told us where each sauce was in the bag ..... Amazing service and also the food pretty good for fast food“

“Literally the best dairy Queen in louisville, maybe the best one in the entire state. Service is always incredibly fast, and the food never tastes like it's been sitting out or was overcooked. I literally drive out of my way to go to this location anytime I want dairy queen, they are fantastic.“

“I stopped by this Dairy Queen and had a good experience overall. The ice cream and treats were fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which slowed things down a bit. Other than that, everything else was very good and I would definitely come back to this location.“

“Great place for a quick treat! They have a good selection of soft serve, Blizzards, cones, sundaes, and even birthday cakes available in the freezer section. The store is clean and the staff are super nice and friendly—always ready to help with a smile. Perfect spot for kids and families, especially on a hot day. Highly recommend checking it out for both regular ice cream cravings and special occasions“

“I'm not to crazy about the food here. Personally I don't like the taste or the price. But when it comes to thier blizzards, that's another story. My daughter and me stopped in the other night. They were packed inside and out. The poor guy on the cash register was new but doing the best he could.Unfortunately. a Door dash driver guy came in and thought he should be waited it on instead of the 6 people that were in line. I understand someone is waiting on thier food. But as with most places of business's, they are short handed. So the manager finally came up to dissolve Mr. Personality. There was only 6 people there working including her and 2 were new. I think they did a great job with what they had. After we came in there were 6 other people that came in. No one else was being a pain but him.“

“I mean, it's a DQ so we all know the atmosphere. Not terrible, it's clean and tidy, just you know how it is 🤷‍♀️ okay BUT the service was great 👌 really...the drive through was caring and kind. The fish sandwich was also good believe me or not but it was!“

“Honestly the star rating is for the store but DQ corporate should be ashamed of themselves. We placed an ice cream cake for a birthday. They are made at a corporate location and dropped off at the assigned location. The problem was corporate DQ didn’t deliver the cake. This unfortunately sets the store up for disgruntled customers. I appreciate the compromise of the store manager and her willingness to decorate my cake. I still give you a thumbs up for effort.“

“Cleanest dairy queen I’ve ever been inside of, in my life. The general manager that was there today around 4:30pm was incredibly friendly and his blizzard recommendation was very yummy! Food was hot, ice-cream was cold, couldn’t ask for better service today! :) Also adding that this was the first time I had seen a “boot scraper” outside of a fast food restaurant, how considerate!“

“The staff were so kind! Their fryer broke, but they made up for it with extra fries. DQ’s ice cream is fantastic, and the food is always hot. I keep coming back for the great service and food. The location’s a bit awkward, but overall, it’s an amazing DQ!“
