“Excellent service and delicious food. Visited during a busy lunch rush and faced a bit of a challenge with the initial order, but the management and staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. All the food items were well-prepared and tasted great.“

“The workers were very friendly and offered to help me take the food to my table. They paid attention to the instructions. The environment is really nice and a calm one not too noisy and most people in there are usually in meetings or on their devices from what I’ve seen. The first time I had their new blueberry lavender lemonade it was very acidic and sour and didn’t taste good but this time it was much better so definitely give it a try. The brownie had like something hard in it which me personally don’t like it could’ve been nuts or chocolate chips I’m not sure and it’s very “rich” in chocolate as well. Their bagel was delicious, but the brioche roll although it looks really nice from the outside tasted very plain.

Vegetarian options: My brother is vegan and has been able to customize and order vegan dishes from Panera bread.“

“My order was messed up so when I came back I was greeted with a smile by the woman cleaning the cafe and she quickly got me a remake on my food. I think it was ruby with the orange/red twists that was so kind and helpful and they even threw me in some little treats in apology for the order being messed up. I will definitely be back I love the energy here!“

“Very clean. The ladies that were tidying up the refreshments bar were very delightful, courteous and mindful of not only guests but their team members as well. It really stood out when I overhead one team member guiding (a possible trainee) on their values to think of others as well when performing all of their duties. That was very refreshing! Well done!“

“The food and service was great. I did have one glaring issue though. There was a worker loudly proclaiming that she doesn’t get paid to bus tables, that she’s only supposed to be keeping the room clean and stormed off in the middle of my lunch. I thought it was very unprofessional.“

“I went through drive through today at 456pm and I have to give London a shoutout! She gave exceptional customer service! I work in sales and she was super friendly I felt her energy through the communication. She upsold me on a Pastry and even recommended her favorite which I got! When I pulled up she told me it would be a few minutes and how was my day. She is truly a delight and A great asset for your location! Not too many young people care and she definitely did. “Normally the Garden Caprese sandwich is delicious, but today the greens are soggy and gross. I moved the tomatoes and cheese to the dry, clean bread because the piece with the dressing looks tainted with soggy greens, so I'm basically eating tomatoes, cheese and bread with no flavor. Today, I'm disappointed. I'm hoping the business owner reads this review and doesn't allow it to happen any more because I love Panera Bread. I don't see anywhere to post a picture or I would.“

“Honestly I had not been to Panera Bread in a while. I used to think they were over priced with very average food. We have been twice recently and compared to how much more expensive other dining alternatives have gotten Panera has become an excellent choice for a quick lunch or dinner.“
