They were out of the bread to make a grilled cheese but didn't tell us about it until the other two meals were ready to go. My son had to wait on a sandwich while we had our meal on the table.
For our Christmas Eve party, My wife ordered 3 loaves of bread and 2 souffles on Tuesday for Sunday pick up at 10:30. They only had one cheese soufflé left which wasn’t what I ordered.(See order below)The manager apologized and refunded her money for the one soufflé and made her a little ham and cheeses sandwich. When she got home and checked the order the ciabatta bread is cut in strips like long croutons!She said to me “How am I supposed to use this for sandwiches?!.”...read full review
