“When I went there, I got a 8-Piece meal there yesterday somewhere between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM, the whole food was very great even the Mac and Cheese and the biscuit if I had to rate the biscuit, I mean it would be a 3 stars but the rest would be 5 stars and the Interior was looking so good and the customer service was a little bit better than 4 stars I was trying to give them at least a 4.5 stars or a 4.6 stars for doing so well and their cleaning skills, I gotta say, the owner should get paid, too for making the restaurant clean and healthy, and for also sometimes making all of the food for customers sometimes, too. So owner if you are reading this,

“Best chicken sandwich in Louisville. Crispy, yet the coating melts in your mouth. Fantastic. Comes in meal, but I always just get the sandwich. Dressed with mayonnaise, I think and pickle. I always add Chick fil A sauce when I bring it home. The workers at the Fern Creek store are excellent. Service with a BIG smile. A+ service. I haven't tried anything but the sandwich so I'll have to come back soon. The store is in a busy area and right at a corner. The easiest was to get there if you dont go through the light when going south on Bardstown is to pull into waffle house parking lot and around the back, but only if you are going inside. Took off a point for the atmosphere not because it wasn't clean, because it was very clean. It's just not the Ritz.“
“I went to Popeye's and was greeted by the manager in the front of house and you can tell he works hard and is the backbone of this establishment! Our service and food was fabulous! I had chicken wings with spicy new Louisiana garlic sauce and red beans and rice. The chicken was savory and delish and red beans and rice were prepared perfect! This Popeye's has a wonderful team of hard workers thats run by an excellent manager! This location is what Popeye's should be a true ode to Cajun chicken and cooking! Keep up great work and we will return, thanks!!“
“Went for lunch and ordered via the app which made the pickup process easy. Order on the app and went to the drive thru and told them my name and they had it ready at the window

“Everyone knows that this location is a hit n miss on how service is done . Honey I was so happy with my visit this last time. Food was fresh ( they even let us know how long we were going to wait) the two ladies in the front had a great attitude they were nice enough to give the kids a drink while we waited. So here is my BUT I was not happy that my rice n beans were more beans then rice because they chose to do it wrong.“
