“To their benefit oven was broken. The lady working was very nice unable to make pretzels due to broken oven. I did see pretzels that were already rolled in risen but unfortunately all they could make was drinks. If only they had this helpful staff at the Oxmoor location today.“

“Had our nieces in town for the week. They loved the pretzels, my wife and I also liked them. Prices were decent and the pretzels were fresh. Can’t say much on the staff as it was a mobile order, but no complaints from me. Definitely going to go back again“

“Words cannot express how much joy a soft, hot pretzel from Auntie Anne's brings me. The buttery, salty goodness is simply unmatched. And the lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and sour to complement the salty pretzels! Never had a bad experience here. It's a fun treat I look forward to getting when I go to the mall.“
