Ordered using their app which I recommend! Fast, and convenient. Even thought my pick up time was set, and I arrived on time I had to wait for it to come out of the oven. I was fine with it, because my pretzel was fresh, hot and delectable! I had the cinnamon sugar pretzel , because what is anything else?! Typical Auntie Anne's chain, nothing super special or bad either. Service was a bit slow considering the family before me, ordered a few items and a line started forming but I did not think it was too bad but they did take a bit while paying. Paying was probably the slowest part of my order as well. But food wise I always love picking up the cinnamon sugar pretzel or nuggets FAV. They are so cute and easy to eat, just pop them in your mouth! Quick eats at the mall :)

They pretzel bites were dry and I'm pretty sure they had been sitting for a long time. Not buttered at all. Terrible customer service. I had to say hi first. I'm saddened by the way customers are treated at this establishment.
