“To their benefit oven was broken. The lady working was very nice unable to make pretzels due to broken oven. I did see pretzels that were already rolled in risen but unfortunately all they could make was drinks. If only they had this helpful staff at the Oxmoor location today.“

“Ordered using their app which I recommend! Fast, and convenient. Even thought my pick up time was set, and I arrived on time I had to wait for it to come out of the oven. I was fine with it, because my pretzel was fresh, hot and delectable! I had the cinnamon sugar pretzel , because what is anything else?! It's been a hot minute since I've had a pretzel, so to say that this hit the spot is an understatement. It wasn't dry, but super soft how it should be. It basically melted in my mouth and I demolished it in about 2.5 seconds. I had a small lemonade which was sweet, because I had just eaten an already sweet pretzel. Still good nonetheless.
